The 2025 Riesling vom Vulkan is the younger sibling of the Kupfergrube GG. From both Stück and stainless steel, it shines with peachy savoriness. It glows with fruit, almost with roasted peach. The palate has all the fleshiness and juiciness of that peach, framed with mandarin zestiness. The savory, salty tone underneath is there but will take time to show itself. For now, it provides a savory edge. (Bone-dry).
