Superbly fragrant but so pure and precise with really crystalline florality, blackcurrant and cherry plus chocolate. Silky smooth and vibrant, immediately lively and fun but there’s focus as well as clear structure. Juicy with a gorgeous mid-palate full of strawberry and raspberry juice, almost some cranberry too, backed by chalky tannins that perfectly match the brightness with density and concentration. Wide and ample but not angular or heavy. Great wine by the glass or with food. Absolutely delicious, flawless with great detail and poise but giving so much energy, focus, freshness, lift and appeal. Powerful, light on its feet and a touch salty on the finish. Highest ever Cabernet Sauvignon in the blend. (Decanter Wine Magazine, Georgina Hindle)
